We want you to love your new purchase. But, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it by mail within 7 days from the date received for an exchange, full refund or store credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded*
Merchandise must be in new condition and in the original undamaged package (please do not tape or write on original box and use a box or plastic wrap for return shipment).
All clearance sales, hosiery sales, undergarment sales and special order sales are final, no returns / exchanges will be accepted on any clearance, hosiery, undergarment or special order merchandise. It is recommended that you insure the package for delivery back to us. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or arrives damaged, due to shipping. We process returns ASAP, however allow up to 7 days for returns to be processed. All authorized returns that meet above terms will result in a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase, or store credit.
Due to health regulations, we will only accept returns on bikinis, undergarments or underwear that have not been worn and are in original unopened packaging with tags attached.
