Turnaround
All groundship orders are shipped within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. All overnight and 2-3 day airship orders will ship same day if order is placed before 11.30AM PST
Your credit card will only be charged when your order ships.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
* FREE SHIPPING on orders of $49 and up (not including Tax or S&H). Free shipping will be with UPS GROUND.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will notify you by email.
We will notify you in case of a backorder. If merchandise is on backorder for more than 14 days we will automatically cancel your order.
